Hoard Hero is a product of Appmeg Pty Ltd, based in Adelaide, South Australia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Hoard Hero you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.
2. Description of Service
Hoard Hero is a personal inventory management app that allows you to photograph, organize, and search your belongings.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for backing up your own data and for the content you capture using the app.
4. Purchases & Refunds
All purchases are one-time and non-recurring. Refunds are handled through the Google Play Store’s standard refund policy.
5. AI Features
AI identification uses Google Gemini. Results are best-effort and may not always be accurate. AI credits are consumed per successful identification.
6. Intellectual Property
The app, its name, logo, and all associated branding are the property of the developer.
7. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is.” We are not liable for data loss — please back up regularly.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
Material changes will be communicated via in-app notifications.
